What are the minimum order sizes?
It depends on the product and the manufacturer. Many of our partners start at a few hundred units per SKU, and for first orders we often negotiate lower minimums or mixed-SKU runs. We'll give you real MOQs for your products in the discovery call.
Where are your manufacturers?
Most of our 40+ vetted manufacturers are in China, where we have long-standing relationships and can run audits and QC quickly. For some categories we also work with partners in the EU and UK, which can make sense for bulky or fast-moving products.
How do you calculate carbon?
We follow GHG Protocol methodology and combine recognised emission factors with your real data: product materials and weight, factory energy mix, shipping mode, distance and carrier. At onboarding, estimates built mostly on industry emission factors are typically around 85% accurate, and they get more precise as primary data from your suppliers and shipments comes in.
Which offset standards do you use?
We only use projects verified under the Verified Carbon Standard (Verra) or Gold Standard, currently Keo Seima, Mai Ndombe and Envira Amazonia forest protection, plus Gujarat wind and Ouarzazate solar. Credits are retired in your brand's name and the retirement records are available in your dashboard.
Who owns the supplier relationship?
You do. Your products, designs and purchase orders stay yours, and we manage day-to-day communication, QC and logistics on your behalf. If you ever leave, we hand over supplier contacts and a full export of your data.
Can we keep our existing suppliers?
Yes. We can put your current manufacturers through the same five-point vetting process, measure their carbon baseline and help them improve. If one doesn't meet the bar, we'll show you alternatives side by side before anything changes.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically 2 weeks from the discovery call to your dashboard going live with your first orders tracked. Switching or adding manufacturers takes longer, depending on sampling and production lead times.
How much does offsetting cost?
For most of the brands we work with, offsetting comes to roughly £0.02–0.06 per order. The exact figure depends on product weight, shipping route and the projects you choose, and you'll see it per order in your dashboard.
