StreakShip offers consultancy and implementation services to assist your company in developing and maintaining a green supply chain. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Assessment of current supply chain practices.
• Development of sustainable procurement strategies.
• Supplier engagement and collaboration.
• Implementation of environmentally friendly logistics solutions.
• Continuous monitoring and improvement of sustainability metrics.

2. Client Responsibilities

As the client, you are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information about your supply chain operations. You agree to collaborate with StreakShip throughout the engagement to ensure the success of the green supply chain initiatives.

3. Intellectual Property

Any materials, methodologies, or tools provided by StreakShip remain the intellectual property of StreakShip. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or disclose such materials without prior written consent.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, financial data, and operational processes.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for our services will be outlined in the proposal or contract provided to you. Payment terms will also be specified therein. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall become immediately due. Additionally, any obligations regarding confidentiality and intellectual property shall survive termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

StreakShip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.

9. Amendments

StreakShip reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to you in writing and will become effective upon your continued engagement with our services.

10. Acceptance

By engaging with StreakShip for green supply chain services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
